Our store doors are open to welcome you from Monday to Saturday, between 10 am and 5:30 pm. Don't forget to bring your receipt or proof of purchase for a prompt and complete refund.

Courier Collection Assistance

Understanding that visiting our store may not always be convenient, we offer the option of a courier collection service. The associated cost, based on the rug's size and weight, is covered by the customer. Simply complete our Order & Returns Form, and we will seamlessly coordinate the collection for you.

Please note that accepting the delivery of the rug is a prerequisite for initiating the return process. To qualify for a refund, the rug must be returned in pristine condition, thoughtfully rewrapped in its original packaging, and securely sealed. Should the original packaging be compromised, we recommend double-wrapping the rug in refuse sacks or any available plastic to safeguard against damage during transit. We regret to inform you that refunds cannot be issued for rugs damaged in transit due to inadequate wrapping.
